While here in the hotel and out of school for the last month I have nothing little to nothing to do. I mean I listen to music and watch T.V but that gets old reeeeaaalll quick. I need some substance in my life, thats what I told myself. So I decided to get a book, I already tried to read that 40 million dollar slave book. But someone wanted to read it really bad so I decided to let them finish it. I hope they are reading it too.
But anyways I am in the bookstore, looking around, and if your like me you walk in the bookstore and you dont know what the heck you want to read. Too many options, but at the same time I'm picky because it takes a lot to keep my attention. And magazines only last about 2 days. 1 day looking at the pictures the second day is devoted to reading the articles.
As I am looking through the new releases/best sellers aisle I spotted this book that had the makings of a good read. Entitled "Midnight" "A Gangster Love Story" All I had to see the words gangster and I was sold. I picked it up and I havent put it down in the past 3 days. Hence the reason why I havent really done anything with the blog, to interested in this book.
If you read "Coldest Winter Ever" which I have this is just a spinoff from that book. Im not going to give away any details cause I want y'all to read it. But it has guns, girls, drugs, the hood, and all that other gangster stuff...
